Sissi is a "triple extrovert", a very high energy individual that believes in the universal law of attraction. She grew up poor in a small and economically challenged town in Northwest China and like a rebel she fought for a better life by working her butt off to proclaim a style for others to validate.  Then one day an apple just hit her in the head and suddenly she was enlightened. Kidding, it was more like coconut. Her professional career involved various global human resources management roles with Siemens and Novartis in China and G Adventures at their global HQ in Canada. 
With an MBA from San Francisco and one year of independent global travel under her belt, Sissi is a blend of corporate sensibilities and outrageous adventure seeking. Her inspirational personality and leadership abilities are infectious to all those in her presence.  She has backpacked alone to over 30 countries, lived in 3 different countries and shares her unique perspective on global living readily.  She believes she is on a mission to help others to create the lifestyle they have always wanted.

Adam is a serial entrepreneur and certified self-starter in life. After earning $20,000 from stock market investments in college, he decided to blow it all backpack travelling the world for a year. Surviving numerous challenges and near death experiences on the road coupled with a deeper understanding of who he was gave him the courage to act on his desire to become an entrepreneur. He moved to China in 2003 to co-found his first business with a vague business plan and a website built on the road in India.  With combined seed capital of $10,000 from teaching English in Korea he and his business partner survived for 1 year before recording their first sale. Over the next 10 years they grew the business to a peak of $15 million in annual sales with over 40 employees.  At the age of 40, he came back to Canada and started another business more aligned with his deep concern for the environment. With his 40+ country backpacking, travel and living experience he believes the way of global living is to simplify and declutter your life to then invest in experiences that make you grow and that truly matter to you. 

Not your typical Harvard alumnus Ryan met his co-founders in the midst of his worldwide adventures in Shanghai, China.  Working for a Chinese investment bank, he was able to take a break from the pressure cooker to participate in the inaugural season of The Amazing Race China which put his travel smarts to the test.  Ryan has traveled to more than 15 countries for work and pleasure and most recently wrapped up an intense learning experience in a San Francisco based tech startup as the VP of all things business.  With a keen mind for business coupled with a youthful, wide-eyed thirst for knowledge and life experiences Ryan is an inspirational force both for the founding team and for our guests, pushing both to question their self-imposed limits on what they think is possible.

Beverly is living evidence of the law of attraction. She has mastered the art of living your truth, to not simply surrender to the social norm. Through her experience building a career by climbing corporate ladders she finally realized the idea of living your life for what makes you truly happy instead of living for others. She has worked at a world-renowned fashion brand, in real estate management and as a co-founder of Low Tide Yoga. She possesses deep knowledge about sustainable travel and the mind and body business (health & wellness).  Beverly experienced depression which helped her find her authentic path and tools of light and strength like yoga, meditation, surfing, nutrition which she combines and hopes to impart to others through retreats on living the balanced Bali lifestyle.
